Conduit
For beauty & spas

Marketing automation for beauty and spa businesses

Booking automation, loyalty programs, social-first content — built for the visual-driven, high-frequency business model that beauty + tanning + spa demands.

The beauty & spas marketing problem

We've worked with beauty & spas operators. Here's what keeps breaking.

Instagram IS the storefront

Most beauty / tanning / spa businesses convert primarily through Instagram. Conduit Inbox automates IG DM intake → booking link → reminder cadence.

Booking platforms charge per-booking commissions

Mindbody, Vagaro charge $50-$200/mo plus per-booking fees. Conduit pairs with your existing booking platform but handles the upstream marketing without taking a transaction cut.

Loyalty programs are clunky

Punchh, Belly, Loyalsnap require their own app. Conduit runs SMS-based loyalty: text to opt in, visits tracked, reward redeemed via code at POS.

How Conduit fits beauty & spas

Why beauty + tanning + spa is the Conduit sweet spot

Beauty businesses run on a particular set of constraints: visual-first content (so Instagram is the storefront), high-frequency service (so reminder + recall is core), small operators (so they can't hire a marketing manager), and high-touch client relationships (so personalization matters more than volume).

Conduit's feature set maps cleanly: Inbox handles the IG DM intake, Publisher handles the visual content, Flows handle the booking + reminder + recall sequences, Docs handle membership signup, Link-in-bio handles the "link from IG bio" pattern that defines the category. All on one contact graph with one bill.

The Bronzly + Conduit story

Bronzly is the SaaS we built for tanning artists — a platform for managing clients, bookings, payments, and content. Bronzly itself runs on Conduit's embed components: the in-app inbox is Conduit Inbox, the scheduling is Conduit-powered, the client communication is Conduit Outreach + Inbox.

That dogfooding pattern is intentional. Conduit is the marketing-ops platform; Bronzly is the vertical SaaS that uses Conduit's primitives. Same playbook applies for any beauty / spa SaaS or vertical platform — embed Conduit modules into your product to avoid rebuilding inbox + scheduling + content from scratch.

Composite scenarios

Hypothetical agency scenarios drawn from real engagements. Names are illustrative.

Bronzly / TanWolfe (founding customer)

Tanning artist platform (founding Conduit customer). Built on Conduit since early Phase 2. Bronzly = SaaS for tanning artists; Bamberg Digital + Conduit power the marketing stack.

Bronzly platform itself uses Conduit Embed for in-app inbox + scheduling components. Tanning artists on Bronzly use Conduit Growth tier for their own marketing.

Composite: 1-chair spray tan artist

Conduit Starter ($97/mo) for IG DM auto-response, booking link in bio, SMS reminders. 18% booking increase from faster IG DM response.

Composite: 4-suite med spa

Conduit Growth replaced Mailchimp + Hootsuite + Birdeye. Mindbody stayed as booking system. Net savings $250/mo + UGC harvesting workflow.

Square Appointments: native API. Mindbody: webhook + API. Vagaro: webhook. Most modern booking platforms expose enough webhooks to push booking events to Conduit Flows.
