1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Conduit, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Service description
Conduit is a marketing automation platform that enables outreach, inbox automation, content scheduling, analytics, and related features. We provide the platform as-is and may modify features with reasonable notice.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your workspace. You must use Conduit in compliance with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and platform terms of service for any social network you connect.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Conduit to send spam, violate any platform's terms of service, collect data without consent, send to unsubscribed contacts, or engage in any deceptive or illegal marketing practice.
5. Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. You will be charged at the start of each billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds on partial months except where required by law.
6. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must provide billing information to continue. We may limit trial features to prevent abuse.
7. Data ownership
You own your data — contacts, sequences, content, and any data you import. We do not claim ownership. Upon account deletion, data is purged within 90 days.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
9. Disclaimers
Conduit is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee specific deliverability rates, reply rates, or any marketing outcomes. Email and social platform rules change; we cannot guarantee continued compatibility.
10. Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Conduit is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
