1. Who we are

Conduit is operated by BamCor Digital LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bamberg Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Sacramento, CA. Contact: hello@bambergdigital.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data: email address, workspace name, billing information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
Usage data: feature usage events, page views, error logs.
Contact data: data you import about your own contacts (names, emails, social handles). This data belongs to you.
Communication metadata: send/open/click events for messages sent through Conduit on your behalf.

3. How we use your data

To operate and deliver the Conduit service
To process payments via Stripe
To send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, auth tokens)
To improve the product through aggregated, anonymized analytics

We do not sell your data. We do not use your contact data for any purpose other than operating your workspace.

4. Data storage and security

All workspace data is stored in Supabase Postgres (us-west-1 region) with row-level security (RLS) enforced at the database layer. Each workspace is cryptographically isolated — your data cannot be accessed by other workspaces.

5. GDPR / CCPA rights

EU/EEA users have the right to access, correct, port, and delete their personal data. California residents have rights under CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale (we do not sell data). To exercise any right, email privacy@bambergdigital.com.

6. Third-party processors

Stripe — payment processing
Supabase — database and authentication
Vercel — application hosting

7. Data retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request early deletion at any time.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication (Supabase Auth). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

9. Changes to this policy

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
